We are a diverse team of experts from different research areas as well as technical and administrative staff. During our group retreat, Peter Krummenacher’s gentle and competent nature enabled us to make our individual strengths visible so that we could get to know each other better and thus make meaningful use of each individual’s potential. He also brought us closer together as a group – spread across two institutions – in a supportive atmosphere and under pleasant guidance, and we were able to put some of the things we discussed into practice shortly after the retreat.
