This leadership training addresses the specific demands that come along with managerial functions within academia from a holistic perspective. You will get the opportunity to reflect on your actual or future leadership role in the context of your organization as a social system, understand and steer yourself better in your role at your current career stage, reflect on the importance of communication and decision processes and get insights on how to (better) cope with pressure, uncertainty and complexity.
Content
The workshop integrates short inputs, action-oriented learning, self-reflection, peer-to-peer exchange and group discussion. Participants are invited to bring along own cases (optional).
